Both silent and loud 

Have all fought bravely against bullets and guns

And made our country proud

All formed the future dreams

For the foreigners to be defeated

Known are a few who did good work for our country

In the shadows, stand many who did much more for the same

Tirelessly they worked for the goal of democracy 

Hats off to the unsung heroes who helped light the flame

Saffron, white and green  

We stand and salute our flag 

Living a past dream 

Of those who will now be glad  

Now, we also salute those who worked hard

In the light and in the shadows

For the freedom of our country
